Sioux Falls, SD - A pro-abortion group, the Campaign for Healthy Families, was caught on tape admitting to voter fraud and encouraging others to engage in the illegal practice for the purpose of influencing the vote on Measure 11, the South Dakota abortion ban.
A man who wants only to be known as "Eduardo" visited the Souix Falls office of the Campaign for Healthy Families on October 20, 2008. There he was told that CFHF director Chris Cassidy, a resident of Oakland, California, was going to vote in the November election then return immediately to California. Eduardo was then told he could do the same thing even though he would be returning to his home in Riverside, California, immediately after the election.
This practice is illegal. Voters registering to vote in South Dakota must attest under penalty of perjury the following: "I actually live at and have no present intention of leaving the above address." ...
