The wedgie can be a form of torture practiced by bullies performed to humiliate someone, or as a practical joke, depending on the context and the parties involved. It is inflicted when an individual, or group of individuals, grab the underwear of the victim and pull up, causing the underwear to wedge between the buttocks. This is also considered a very painful experience to most people however, some people find wedgies just plain annoying and not painful in the slightest. A wedgie is also what happens when a person's undergarments get bunched up and "ride up" between the buttocks, causing discomfort and annoyance. This can be caused by bad posture, awkward sitting or tight underpants.

The emin's rat is related to the gambian pouched rat. They're slightly smaller and sleeker in appearance. They have a longer snout, a clear line of demarcation from their whiteish belly and brown upper body, and their fur is slick looking. The gambian has a stocky build, is uniform grey colored, has a shorter snout, and a "rougher" looking coat.
