After the Exosquad's prisoner transport crash lands on Venus they meet come across a group that has plans to use the Exosquad for their own benefit.

The Exosquad has successfully alerted Admiral Winfield about the energy shield encompassing Earth and the one being constructed on Venus.

After being imprisoned for the past year (for acts of 'treason') the Exosquad is now back in action. Their first mission is to try gain access to the enslaved Earth and disable the energy-shield encompassing it.

General Phaeton's attack on the humans is in it's final stages as they seek to destroy the Exo-carriers. The Exosquad helps Lt. Marsh escape.
