C. Gale Perkins was a patient at the Lakeville State Sanitorium for 12 years as a child between age 3 and 15 years of age. Gale left the hospital in 1948 and had been in the hospital for Tuberculosis of the bone. Gale wrote her memoirs titled "The Baby's Cross" in 2003 and has many photo's to share.
