Dr. Morrill is the author of "Strategic Leadership: Integrating Strategy and Leadership in Colleges and Universities", a former president of the University of Richmond, and the current president of the Teagle Foundation for higher education. Dr. Morrill will address financial pressures higher education is facing and their effect on access, delivery, and quality of higher education. His featured presentation is followed by a panel discussion with John Bennett, VCU Vice President for Finance, Delegate Chris Peace, member of the General Assembly special committee on higher education, and Peter A. Blake, Vice Chancellor of the Virginia Community College System, to discuss questions from the audience.
