The 2009 WheelBlazer Grand Prix is an exciting joint initiative of the Kessler Foundation and the Tri-State Wheelchair Athletic Association to promote wheelchair racing in the Tri-State area. The purpose of the Grand Prix is to encourage year-round exercise, increase the number of regional wheelchair athletes, and ease the transition from junior racing to adult racing.
