You don't have to be a be a pro boxer to train the way boxers do. Now you can use real boxer's secrets every time you do a boxing workout - at home, in the gym or anywhere. First, learn correct stance and footwork, next your single punches - jab, cross, hook, rip etc - then build them into combos or "punches in bunches". If you use correct technique you are using the right muscles - core, legs, abs - and you'll get twice as fit in half the time.
