Karen trainiert mit einem der schnellsten Fahrer Deutschlands -- Frank Bussmann. Karen lernt, wie wichtig der Windschatten für die Speedskater ist und wie man während des Rennens die Positionen innerhalb der Kette wechselt. Bei dem hohen Tempo ist das ganz schön anstrengend, deshalb macht Karen eine Pause und besucht die Aggressive-Skater in Münster, Westfalen. Bei denen geht es in der Halfpipe richtig rund: Waghalsige Tricks und akrobatische Drehungen in vier Metern Höhe. Ob Karen da mithalten kann? Mutig wagt sie einen Sprung mit Drehung. Today on Skuff we are in Rostrevor, Ireland for the Red Bull Fox Hunt, but it is not what you think. 400 mountain bikers were chased by the 'fox' World Cup Downhill legend Gee Atherton in a race to the bottom. The course had varied terrain ranging from open mountainside, shale, woodlands, chutes and finished with some huge jumps. With plenty of carnage 30 competitors managed to outsmart the 'fox' this year with Colin Ross belting into first place ahead of last years winner Greg Callaghan with Joe Barnes coming in third.

This week at the track we were joined by some racers and it inspired us all to race. We spent more time racing than bashing this week hence the title of this video. Immense amount of fun we did sent up a track with jumps and turns but it turned into a giant full speed oval raceway. Everyone that was running was on the track. We had short course, buggies, monster trucks, tuggies you name it and we were racing it. All electric cars were running 6.5t brushless systems we had race tuned X Ray cars, Hyper 7s, Losi XXX SCT, HPI Blitz, Mugen, HPI Baja, HPI Trophy Buggy this list goes on. Junior brought along a friend this week Bill he brought along a savage 4.6 which spent most of its time on its back wheels. Aden had his strada sc and bashed it so much his motor literally burnt out. Lee was there with his baja 5b and we caught some nice action of him drifting. Pete brought along his hyper 7 and went crazy with the jumps.
