The NVT Neurological Vision Rehabilitation System primarily focuses on teaching compensatory scanning strategies that can then be transferred into mobility and other activities of daily living to address and improve visual functioning in real life situations. The NVT System, although developed for neurological vision deficits, can also be used with patients with a variety of field losses to teach an efficient and structured scanning pattern in a static environment prior to implementing the strategy into a dynamic situation. Our experience has been that both adults and children enjoy the therapy sessions and more importantly have a better understanding of their visual status.
A Scientific Documentary on the Planet Earth, The Origin and Specific Placement. For centuries scientists and philosophers have marveled at an eerie coincidence. Mathematics, a creation of human reason, can predict the nature of the universe, a fact physicist Eugene Wigner referred to as the 'unreasonable effectiveness of mathematics in the physical sciences.' In the last three decades astronomers and cosmologists have noticed another, seemingly unrelated, mystery. Contrary to all expectations, the laws of physics seem precisely 'fine-tuned' for the existence of complex life. Could these two wonders actually be isolated pieces of a wider pattern? Both are prerequisites for science, yet what about the process of scientific discovery itself? What are its necessary conditions? Why is it even possible? Read any book on the history of science, and you'll learn about magnificent tales of human ingenuity, persistence, and dumb luck.

Pretty-Damn-Cool, by the U.K.'s pop/punk/ska/reggae master Mister Jack, is a high energy video. A muted guitar gets the band rolling on this song, and the drums soon follow this 80's style feel. The band all jumps in with a bass and guitar playing the same melody in tandem, utilizing a broken ascending diminished scale. Building up the energy for the vocals that follow the breakdown, Mister Jack comes in talking about a girl on his street that's pretty sweet. The humor kicks in as he continues to describe her. He sings the hook with sing along overdubs, "I don't know what it is about you". After the hook, the band responds with the same unison pattern and Mister Jack continues to narrate more of the song. It's fun, it's funny, and it's pretty damn cool.

http://www.mormon.org/restoration/ Jesus is a Mormon. Yes, that's right. Jesus literally stands at the head of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (i.e. "Mormon" or "LDS" church), so it could be said that he is a Mormon. He guides the church through living modern-day Prophets and Apostles. He has restored his true gospel, church and priesthood authority back to the earth starting in 1820 through the Prophet Joseph Smith, Jr who lived in New York. When one understands the pattern of APOSTASY and RESTORATION that has been occurring since the beginning of time, it will be much easier to accept Joseph Smith as Prophet. A restoration of truth was necessary because there had been a great apostasy from the truth that Jesus established when he was on the earth. Those who reject the Prophet Joseph Smith would have likely also rejected Adam, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, all other ancient prophets and possibly Jesus Christ as well. Thus, if you reject Joseph Smith, you are unfortunately rejecting Jesus Christ's modern-day prophet and messenger. I hope this sobering thought will give you a desire to seriously investigate these claims. http://www.mormon.org/restoration/

This jacket is a rarity- it is down filled, yet has a waterproof treatment and Windstopper microfiber. It is a great way to cut out extra layers, because the insulation layer and waterproofing layers are in the same jacket, eliminating the need to buy separate jackets. The stitching to keep the down in place adds some style with a wave pattern instead of the standard block stitch. This is a highly rated jacket for cold weather outdoor adventures and snowsports.

This style of jacket is quite popular these days in mountain towns because of its warmth and simplicity, not to mention style. Although its not as warm as the 4 inch thick puffy coats, it is much more practical for everyday use in the winter and for layering when skiing or boarding. The quilted pattern keeps the down insulation in place so it doesn't all settle at the bottom of the jacket. The Endless jacket might seem a little too simple at times, but its functionality is definitely not lacking.
