Taiwanese singer Leehom Wang borrowed ancient Chinese kunqu as well as Peking opera into mainstream hip hop. In this particular song, he collaborates with Taiwanese singer Ashin (Mayday), who wrote the lyrics. The background of the song is based on the old Chinese opera, The Peony Pavilion. Leehom rapped over 250 words in about 50 seconds in the end of the song.

Taiwanese singer Leehom Wang rebuffs gay rumors. This was a while ago. (December 2005) Apparently, Leehom was rumored to be gay and that he had sex with K.T. Yen, the Yulon Group CEO so he could get more money. When the reporters asked him, Leehom had this disappointed face on and looked as if he was close to the verge of tears. He replied, This is Bullshit, and people started to laugh and scream LOL. Leehom said that he doesn't know him or have seen him. The reporters continued to press on about the rumor and it was then when Leehom seriously looked pissed about it. He was so nice when they asked the question though. He was like, Thank you for your consideration. I'm amazed. I could tell Leehom was a bit annoyed but he was still polite. The paparazzi nowadays are so... irresponsible.
