UP - Jeep has presented the Jeep Compass to the press. The entry model Compass Sport 2.4 delivers an extensive standard equipment at an affordable price of 23,990 Euro. The price range reaches up to 27,790 Euro for the Compass Limited 2.0 CRD. For four years or for a maximum of 50,000 kilometres repairs and maintenance as well as wear parts are born by the manufacturer. The 2.4 litre four cylinder petrol engine can be combined either with a five-speed manual or a CVT automatic of the second generation.

UP - BMW has overworked the SUV X3. Prices start at 33,500 Euro for the well-known 2.0 liter petrol engine with 110 kW/150 hp and end at 50,300 Euro for the new top model 3.0sd, which then provides the new six-speed automatic gearbox, electrically adjustable seats, speed control or 18-inch light-alloy wheels to role to the customer. The diesel version 2.0d with 110 kW remains to be favourably priced at 36,200 Euro upwards.

The Mercedes Benz R-Family gets two new brothers in autumn 2006. There will be a new top version and a new smaller brother. The R 280 CDI, a 6-Cylinder Diesel with 190 hp, will be offered for about 49.000 Euro, while the new top model, the R 63 AMG with 510 hp, will cost about 97.000 Euro.
