Over 30 million people consider themselves to be avid blog readers and many blogs are actively involved with politics, and they include most if not all political issues, parties and interest groups. Latinos are also becoming very active in political blogging, sometimes focusing on an issue like immigration, sometimes on a particular party, and sometimes on news and culture with the politics mixed in. Who is doing all the political blogging, why and what impact are they having on this year's election? Is the politics unique or is just another way to gain political influence? Why and how do the most active bloggers become bloggers? Do they have anything in common?

Según un reciente estudio de AARP Segunda Juventud sobre el sueño de los hispanos, muchos no duermen lo suficiente. Si bien los expertos recomiendan de 7 a 8 horas de sueño diarias, el estudio de AARP descubrió que más de 4 de cada 10 latinos adultos duermen 6 horas o menos. Algo negativo para la salud física y mental. Dormir bien es importante a cualquier edad, y el mito de que a medida que envejecemos dormimos menos o necesitamos menos descanso, es falso. La Fundación Nacional del Sueño señala que la falta de sueño puede causar disminución de energía, dificultad para concentrarse, dolor intenso y mayor riesgo de accidentes.
