When bodies start turning up (Moreland hilariously keeps stumbling upon them and have panicky moments), the duo insist on getting involved, much to the chagrin of the actual authorities. But the more Darro and Moreland foul everything up, the more they succeed thanks to Darro’s Irish Luck! This film is great fun and also a way to see Chitlin’ Circuit (African American vaudeville) performer Mantan Moreland light up the big screen with tremendous comedic flair.
