Resolving BBB complaints using the Help Desk and Customer Manager.When a customer is not satisfied with the service they have received from a company, they will sometimes file a complaint with the BBB/AG, to seek help in resolving their issue. When this happens, the BBB/AG contacts the company, to see if they can find out what can be done to resolve the customer's issue.
