The wide range of people coming here continues with a band from gloucester. As long as the audience sticks around, this kind of event is great for expanding your fanbase.

In which I skip the false start and get straight to the action. Technology eh? Can't trust it. :p

We appear to be missing a string on this guitar. Oh well, set distortion to extra sludgy, and let's make a virtue out of a limitation. It's the imperfections that keep all music from sounding the same.

Just past the halfway mark of the day, let's turn up the heaviness to keep the audience involved. Can't see anyone falling asleep with drums this big sounding.

Interesting name, although actually, it's only the drummer that's imaginary, the rest of the band look real enough to me. Let's see how solid the songs are.

In which the second welsh act in quick succession slows things down and adds a bit of blues to the mix.

One of the first lessons a band needs to learn if they want to create memorable tunes is to stop playing block chords all the time, and do riffs and melodies as well. This band seems to have that well in hand.

First fleece all-dayer in quite a while where I don't recognise any of the bands on the bill at all. This definitely needs fixing, see what cool stuff they have to offer. We start with a band who's frontman is well dressed for the sweltering weather outside.

In which girls keep on screaming despite the several minute long angular instrumentals. Shows what you can get away with if you've got the looks.

In which the instruments get smaller, but the performers get larger. They obviously don't have anything to overcompensate for.

We've already started off this evening in pretty hilarious fashion. Now we keep the energy levels high and straddle the rock/pop boundary.
